For orders under $45, flat-rate shipping is based on total shipment weight: 0–2 lbs: $6.99; over 2–5 lbs: $9.99; over 5–10 lbs: $12.99; over 10–15 lbs: $13.97; over 15–20 lbs: $19.99.
Free Shipping & Orders Over 20 lbs
Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $45 or more receive free shipping. Orders weighing more than 20 lbs require special shipping arrangements and a custom shipping quote; please contact us before checkout.
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are prepared and handed off within 0–1 business day after payment has been successfully received. USPS transit typically takes 2–3 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address error is discovered, please contact us as soon as possible; address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.
Delivery Times
USPS delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, and circumstances outside our control. Any delivery dates shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If a shipment appears significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed. Retain the original packaging and photograph damaged packages or merchandise when applicable.
